Vendor Access
Meet an owner-approved service provider at the home, provide access and confirm the visit occurred. We do not supervise or warrant contractor work.
Mail, Packages & Trash
Mail/package checks and trash-can support can be added to a home watch plan based on the property and schedule.
Property Add-Ons
Boat, dock, golf cart, generator, plant and other light visual checks can be discussed during your consultation.
